UK Breakin’ have been busy. We have been hosting online training sessions during lockdown. We held a ‘Youth Agenda’ meeting hosted by Marcus Johnson which brought up interesting information on what the next generation need to be in place to make breakin’ a fair and open activity which can lead to careers for the next generation.

Sundays are for members. We get together to build and plan.

The members worked together to write the vision and mission statement and to decide on what is needed on the website and what actions UK Breakin’ needed to take to make breakin’ available for all.

The website is coming to you in three stages. First stage was a sign up page, where UK breakers could become members. Stage two you can find out a little more about UK Breakin’ what we aim to achieve and how you can become more involved.

Stage three coming later this year will have exciting developments including:

  • UK League table
  • Sign up for Professional development
  • Information on Hubs across the UK
  • Celebrations of UK Breakin’ History
  • Opportunities for the future and collaboration

To get involved, sign up to receive further details www.ukbreakin.org

Members will be able to contribute to the development of Breakin’ in the UK. They can have their hub listed, gain a recognised position in the league table, get priority and reduced prices on Continual Professional Development not just at UK breakin’ opportunities but with partners also and be the first to know of developments being achieved by breakers, for breakers.
